I can’t believe that I get to…
Help ADHD women accomplish their goals without chronic overwhelm, avoidance, and feelings of failure so that they can live authentically as themselves and feel in control.
Help ADHD women build and maintain successful relationships. My work is focused on increasing your self-esteem, providing ADHD strategies that work, and decreasing moodiness!
Help ADHD women feel whole by processing past traumas, and mistakes, and letting go of what others think.
Offer women ADHD testing by an ADHD woman with lived experience.
After earning my master’s in social work from OSU in 2005 and a psychology degree from Ohio University in 2003, I spent years working in various non-profit agencies. Eventually, I decided to pursue private practice to create a better balance for myself and my family. But my journey to understanding myself truly began at age 40 when I was diagnosed with ADHD, inattentive type, after having children.
The diagnosis hit me hard. For years, I had unknowingly masked my symptoms and relied on perfectionism as a shield. Even though I’d been successful in school, work, and social situations, something always felt off. My discovery was both eye-opening and freeing—it helped me embrace my ADHD and better understand myself. Every ADHD woman has her own unique story, and I want to help you uncover and embrace yours.
Today, I’m proud to be an ADHDer, and maybe someday, you will be too. I live in Dublin, Ohio, with my husband, two young children, and our spirited micro Bernedoodle, Miss Stella. As a therapist, I’m not one to sit back and only ask, “How does that make you feel?” I take an active, empathetic role in our sessions, offering validation, practical strategies, insights, and even a little humor. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where ADHD women feel seen, heard, and empowered to share their experiences and thrive.
